It gives me great pleasure to recommend Deering and Sons Diversified Cleaning to home owners who want a professionally detailed and meticulous removal of Spider Webs, Hot Water Pressure/Power Washing, Window Cleaning and stain removal of concrete and pavers. Dave Deering made an appointment to visit my home ahead of time to assess my home’s needs. He toured the outside of my home. We then discussed my concerns and a plan was developed.

My house had been neglected for some time and all areas were covered in spider webs. The house exterior had been painted more than twenty years ago white, which now looked gray. The driveway, side walkway and entry way to my house is made of concrete with stains and looked almost black. My back patio was the real challenge with twelve by twelve red concrete pavers, covered in moss, black stains with cracks. The exterior windows were covered in spider webs in addition to dirt from cars passing by on the highway nearby. Dave and a helper, set out to tackle each of these areas of concern one by one. Dave checked in periodically to show me the progress and completion being made on each project and discuss the next steps. I was extremely happy with Dave’s work throughout the process. My neighbors were totally impressed and stopped by to see how sparkling and immaculate my house and surrounding areas looked.

As Dave completed each project, my house emerged fresh and bright. The house sparkled in the day light, with its color now a bright white, and no cobwebs. The concrete walkway areas and driveway looked brand new. The pavers in back now emerged red again. My windows are now sparkling clean in the sunlight.
